Sara Reisenbichler

Sara completed her 200 hour YTT with Max Strom in August 2016 and has been teaching ever since. Sara’s practice focuses on breath, safety, and most of all…FUN! She firmly believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. Sara hopes to see you in class where she says she learns as much from you as you learn from her and where there is always, always, ALWAYS laughter. In her free time Sara is an avid swimmer, runs far but slow, and has a budding love for rock climbing. She and her husband spend most nights and weekends watching their two teenage boys play baseball.

“You can’t hold your breath when you are laughing.” — Sara Reisenbichler

Joyce Hadley

Joyce is a certified E-500HR RYT instructor and has been practicing yoga

since the early 2000’s. She committed to teaching in 2013. Joyce obtained

two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Music where

she was literally trained to speak from her music background and

broadcasting career at local radio stations in the Kansas City metropolitan

area. She is known for her “soothing cadence vocal style.” Practicing and

teaching yoga has enabled her to focus fully on the body, mind, and spirit

and to live a continuous healthier and happier lifestyle physically, mentally,

and emotionally.

She currently teaches at local yoga studios and events in the Kansas City

Metropolitan area. When Joyce is not on her mat, she is busy walking,

playing, and cuddling with many fur babies! She is the owner and operator

of Wag-a-lotz, a growing pet sitting service in the Kansas City northland.

Joyce is married to her husband, Rodney, the love of her life. They have

two grown daughters, five grandkids and three loveable dogs.

Her words to live by, “Live in Peace. Believe in Hope. Walk in LOVE!

NAMASTE’!”

Candice Carpenter

Candice’s journey into yoga began as a student in college where she took a class credit and began practicing at home. She later found the importance of community, and began regularly attending studio classes. Becoming aware of her strength both physically and mentally, she began to grow, noticing a breakthrough in her relationship with herself and others. After struggling with bouts of anxiety and depression, she began to see that yoga and the art of mindfulness, was truly calling her back home to herself - both the asana practice of yoga, and delving deeper into the spiritual and philosophical practice of Buddhism and meditation. Candice graduated from True Love’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, trained by Lauren Leduc in Vinyasa and Hatha style practices, with an emphasis in trauma informed yoga. Students can expect a safe healing space, where they can come back to their true authentic self through breathwork and mindfulness. Outside of yoga, you will find her offering reiki, playing music, creating art, giving back to community, and tending to her plants and two cats.

Amy Bearce

Amy has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10. She enjoys all types of yoga from Hatha to Vinyasa & Ashtanga. July of 2015 she finished her 200 hour certification. Amy truly believes in the healing power of yoga and loves to teach others what she knows while continuing to learn and grow her practice.
