About the event
Grab your mat and your favorite yoga buddies and gather at Songbird's Swim School for a celebration of Summer! Weather permitting, we'll practice outdoors on the lawn and celebrate the barefoot pleasures of the season. Stick around if you like to share some snacks and sips and a dip in the pool if you'd like to cool off!
On this longest day of the year, let's join others fighting the darkness of Alzheimer's and use our practice to celebrate all that brings love and light to life. We'll enjoy some moments of gratitude for what began growing in Spring and welcome all the gifts the summer may bring!
Suggested donation for this summer celebration is $15-25 per person or family/friend group. Donations will benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Please RSVP by June 18, and please note this practice may be moved to the studio, depending on weather conditions.
