The beauty of a new studio is it offers a chance for us all to try new things! Or try things that we consider "tried and true" in new ways or with new friends or in new-to-us spaces. As Songbird begins to experiment with different class offerings from different teachers on different days and at different times, we want to learn more about YOU and what YOU are looking for as we move into this new season of new beginnings together! We are open but still evolving. Class times, descriptions, and options may change and your feedback will help us adapt as we grow.
As we navigate this new terrain PLEASE SHARE what days/times work best for your schedule and what types of practices you prefer on different days/times. For instance, are you interested in a mostly gentle yoga flow, focused more on stretch and release? Or do you want to build strength, balance, focus and maybe even break a sweat? All or none of the above is a perfectly fine answer, btw! So is "depends on how I'm feeling." Your practice should be just that: all yours. Most of us need a variety of styles, depending on what's happening in our bodies, minds, environments on any given day. So we are curious to hear how Songbird may be able to meet you where you are. Do you prefer shorter practices, 30 to 45 minutes in length, or do you want a full hour or even longer for your practice? Are you looking for more powerful or more restorative practices?
