Service Description

This Monday/Wednesday evening Lunar Flow is the perfect complement to the Tuesday/Thursday Solar Flow. Both include a dynamic mix of mindful movement for body and breath, as well as moments to linger longer in poses to facilitate a deeper release. Balance yang/yin, solar/lunar energies as you progress through postures that help you wring out the day and prepare for a great night's sleep. Appropriate for beginners to more advanced practitioners; use of props is encouraged to facilitate deep myofascial release in poses that may be held for 2 minutes or longer.
