Service Description

This gentle class is intended to soothe and calm your body-mind-spirit. Use props for support in long-held, mostly passive yin-style postures, intended to ease tension, facilitate the release of connective tissue, improve circulation and joint mobility, and reduce stress and anxiety. Classes may also incorporate various forms of mindful breath work and guided, meditative practices, such as yoga nidra, aka "yogic sleep."

Registration, cancellations, and reschedules are limited to 2 hours before class start time. *If you fail to sign up in time but would still like to participate in the livestream or receive a recording, please email info@songbirdstudios.yoga Those who cannot attend class live will receive a recording as soon as it is available. Please note this may take up to two hours after class ends. We do not offer refunds but you may email info@songbirdstudios.yoga if you have questions/concerns, issues with a recording, or would like to request a credit for a future class.
