Gentle yoga, reclined meditation, and journal prompts
Service Description
Offered at 11AM, on the last Saturday of each month, via Zoom & Vimeo, this gentle class is designed to soothe and calm your body-mind-spirit. Use props for support in long-held, mostly passive yin-style postures intended to ease tension, improve circulation and joint mobility, and reduce stress and anxiety. Classes may also incorporate various forms of mindful breath work and guided, meditative practices, such as yoga nidra, aka "yogic sleep" (think extended savasana), a reclined meditation, as well as journal prompts to reflect on the lessons and highlights of the past month.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, cancellations, and reschedules are limited to 2 hours before class start time. *If you fail to sign up in time but would still like to participate in the livestream or receive a recording, please email info@songbirdstudios.yoga Those who cannot attend class live will receive a recording as soon as it is available. Please note this may take up to two hours after class ends. We do not offer refunds but you may email info@songbirdstudios.yoga if you have questions/concerns, issues with a recording, or would like to request a credit for a future class.
