Service Description

YogaHour is a FUN, rockin' flow class, set to music and guided by a unique word of the day. This alignment-focused Hatha class balances sweat with stretch and power with play. While many classes are more difficult and many more doable, YogaHour aims to be the most doable-yet-difficult, in other words challenging-but-accessible, expertly taught class you can find for an affordable fee. *Appropriate for those who consider themselves “fit beginners” (with no major injuries or serious limitations) as well as advanced practitioners.

Cancellation Policy

Registration, cancellations, and reschedules are limited to 2 hours before class start time. *If you fail to sign up in time but would still like to participate in the livestream or receive a recording, please email info@songbirdstudios.yoga Those who cannot attend class live will receive a recording as soon as it is available. Please note this may take up to two hours after class ends. We do not offer refunds but you may email info@songbirdstudios.yoga if you have questions/concerns, issues with a recording, or would like to request a credit for a future class.
