About the event
Join Songbird friends for a monthly satsang from 10:30-11:45 a.m., on the second Sunday of each month. Enjoy a donation-based, all levels yoga practice, as well as opportunities to explore breathing and meditation techniques, yogic texts/philosophies, mantras and more. Suggested donation is $10-20, and 20% of donations will benefit Girls Leading Our World, Inc. (GLOW), and/or a featured nonprofit.
