Be Lucky: Happy Hour Yoga

Please join us for Songbird's first "Happy Hour GLOW Yoga" event, and a humble-grand opening celebration, at 5PM on Friday, March 11! Bring your favorite yoga buddies (kids and adults welcome) and warm up for North Kansas City's Snake Saturday parade with an All Levels, Family-Friendly flow, followed by some snacks and sips, including hot cocoa and tea and The Brewkery's Lucky Elixir, of course! Please feel free to BYOB as well or, after our practice, make your way over to the Snake Saturday carnival area, at the corner of Howell & 18th Streets, for more treats, concessions, and the annual charity cookoff!

Suggested donation is $10-25 per person or family/friend group, and 20% of donations will support the International Rescue Committee (IRC) for its work in Ukraine. If you are lucky enough to be able to share some green, please consider a gift to support those who fly the yellow and blue flag.
