About the event

Please join us Saturday, March 12, at 9AM, for a GLOW Family/Community Yoga event to celebrate Songbird's opening! Gather your yoga buddies (kids and adults welcome) and find your parking spot early for North Kansas City's Snake Saturday parade. Begin your morning with a practice sure to warm you up for the short walk to the parade route, just blocks from Songbird!

We will keep the temperature around 72 degrees for this "intro to YogaHour," All Levels, Prenatal sequence, followed by brunchy snacks and sips, including hot cocoa and tea and The Brewkery's Lucky Elixir, of course! Please feel free to BYOB or, after our practice, make your way over to the Snake Saturday festival area, at the corner of Howell & 18th Streets, for more treats, concessions! The festival area and carnival open at 10AM, and the parade begins at 11AM.

Suggested donation is $10-25 per person or family/friend group, and 20% of donations will benefit Olathe Public Schools Foundation's Braden Robertson Student Mental Health. Thank you for using your practice to support those affected by the recent gun violence at Olathe East High School.
