Service Description

This fun lunch break flow is similar to YogaHour but we step the intensity back a bit. Set to music and guided by a unique word of the day, this doable-yet-difficult, challenging-but-accessible, alignment-focused Hatha class balances strength with stretch, power with play. YogaHour-101 is appropriate for those who consider themselves “fit beginners” (with no major injuries or serious limitations), as well as advanced practitioners. Be brave! Start with your breath and see where your practice can take you.
