About the event
Prepare for the barefoot pleasures of Summer by moving mindfully through the final weeks of Spring. As we shift from one season to the next, use this "bootcamp" to build strength and stability and release stress and tension so that you can stay grounded, peaceful, and present through all of life's season's and stages.
The 5-week series includes six YogaHour-style classes that provide a comprehensive Warm-up, a calming Cool-down, and a survey of Standing & Supine shapes, Arm Balances, Forward Folds, & Backbends. Use this seasonal sadhana to explore how to shift from shape-to-shape safely and how to shift your practice to meet your needs in the present moment.
