Please join us for FREE outdoor yoga to honor Earth Day!
We'll gather at noon on the WeWork rooftop patio at the Lightwell building (1100 Main St).
The weather has been intense lately but the Earth Day forecast looks friendlier. So please join us for a beginner-friendly, All Levels flow to de-escalate. Give yourself the best kind of lunch break! Take time to connect with your breath, move your body, and bring peace to your mind by cultivating a sense of harmony within yourself and the world around you.
A limited number of mats are available so please bring your own if you have one, or bring a towel or blanket.
Paid parking is available in the Lightwell garage. Enter on 11th St., between Main St. and Baltimore Ave.
If you are a new student, please complete the required Liability Waiver in advance.
