5-week Series: 2 Yoga Videos per Week, plus an Outdoor Yoga & Pool Party to Welcome Summer!
Service Description
Consider this 5-week Barefoot Bootcamp a form of late Spring training to help you prepare for Summer. Each week from May 20-June 20, you'll receive both an AM & PM yoga practice, and our training camp will culminate with an in-person, outdoor "stretch and swim" party at my place. Each daytime "Solar Flow" of the series is intended to enliven you and help sustain your energy. Each evening "Lunar Flow" is intended to help you release any excess heat or tension that accumulated during your day and set you up for a great night's rest. Strive for five! See what practicing twice a week for five weeks can do for your body-mind-spirit. Sign up to practice live via Zoom or receive videos to use anytime your schedule allows. And make a plan to join us from 5:30-7:30, Friday, June 20, for a Summer Solstice celebration! *All who sign up will receive additional details regarding the pool party and outdoor yoga.

Cancellation Policy
Registration is required 24 hours in advance to allow time for planning, prep, communication regarding how to stream online and/or logistics for in-person classes. If you would like to receive a video recording, please allow 2-24 hours for video uploads. You may cancel or reschedule classes up to 2 hours prior to class start time.
